These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Aspect Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling or receiving any of our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial:

  • Pressure Washing

  • Soft Washing*

  • Window Cleaning

  • Gutter Cleaning

  • Surface Cleaning

Additional services may be available upon request and subject to a separate agreement.

* Low-pressure soft wash using manufacturer-approved, biodegradable detergents; no acid washing.

2. Scheduling and Access

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • The Customer must provide clear and safe access to all areas scheduled for cleaning, including access to water and electrical outlets if necessary.

  • If access is not available or unsafe, service may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Prior to service, the Customer agrees to:

  • Remove fragile, decorative, or valuable items from the service area

  • Secure all windows and doors

  • Notify us of any existing damage or sensitive areas

We are not responsible for damage resulting from failure to properly prepare the area.

4. Assumption of Risk

While we take great care during every job, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, buildup, or imperfections.

  • Older surfaces may be more prone to damage. The Customer assumes risk for cleaning aged or deteriorated materials.

  • We are not liable for damage to improperly installed or maintained surfaces.

5. Water and Electricity

The Customer agrees to provide on-site access to water and electricity unless otherwise arranged. Usage costs are the Customer's responsibility.

6. Weather Delays

Service may be rescheduled due to weather (e.g., rain, high winds, freezing temperatures). We’ll notify you and reschedule as soon as possible.

7. Quotes and Payment

  • Quotes are based on the information available at the time of estimate.

  • Additional charges may apply for unreported areas or heavy buildup.

  • Payment is due in full upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, cash.

8. Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 fee.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We'll make a reasonable effort to address the issue.

10. Liability Waiver

By using our services, the Customer agrees to:

  • Release and hold harmless Aspect Services from liability for incidental damage not caused by negligence

  • Allow before-and-after photos to be taken for quality control and marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.

11. Insurance

Aspect Services is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.
